Please ensure your gallery has the following settings:
- not password protected
- has the largest image size available for download
- viewable to the public.
Tip: Sometimes images within a gallery have different settings. Be sure you 'Select All' when making gallery adjustments.
Note: Once a design is created with any of our online gallery partners you cannot make any changes to the gallery or you will lose the images in your Kiss design.
